Founded by Registered Nurse Kylie Bax, Life Max Support Services provides personalised community nursing that helps people live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.
With more than 20 years of nursing experience across acute care, community nursing, neurological conditions and complex clinical care, Kylie understands that every person's journey is unique. Combining professional expertise with lived experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, we provide care that is compassionate, person-centred and tailored to each individual's strengths, goals and needs.
